Submit an Application

To begin your application, please complete our online enrolment form and upload the required supporting documents. These help us ensure we have all the information needed to assess your application. Please have the following ready: - Birth Certificate (or Extract) - Evidence of Australian Citizenship or Residency (required if your child holds a non-Australian passport or birth certificate) - Recent Immunisation History Statement - Credit card details for the $100 non-refundable application fee Important: Incomplete applications cannot be processed and will not be placed on the waitlist. Waitlist placement is determined by the date the completed application is received.

Attend an Interview

Interviews typically begin around 18 months prior to the intended year of entry. When a place becomes available, families on the waitlist will be contacted to arrange an interview with the relevant Head of School. For Prep entry, children will also participate in a school readiness assessment as part of the process.

Review and Acceptance

Our Enrolments Team will review the application, interview feedback and, where applicable, assessment results. We will then be in touch with the outcome and guide you through the next steps to finalise your child’s enrolment. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of enrolment. To secure the place, families must complete the Confirmation of Enrolment Form and pay the $900 non-refundable enrolment fee. This is a one-time payment, separate from annual tuition fees.

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Marin Balluk people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which Overnewton Anglican Community College stands. We respect the knowledge that will be forever embedded within the Aboriginal Custodianship of Country and remember the loss of cultures, languages and Lands they have endured. Like the Marin Balluk people, we at Overnewton want to respect the Land, the cultures and the heritages, and learn from those who have come before us in the passing on of knowledge and the teaching of life skills, as well as continue with wise stewardship of our buildings and grounds. We honour their custodianship of this Land and offer them our deep respect.
